Freeze dried herbs are powerhouses of flavor! Freshly processed and freeze dried, they are so strong that it’s recommended you use HALF of what you normally would use. (You can always add more!) 

Freeze Dried:

Garlic
Onion
Parsley (expected in December)

The refil bags are intended to be placed in tight sealing jars once opened. They will absorb moisture from the air and become clumpy if left in the bag, even if it’s sealed.
